This is 1:1 coaching designed to help you get consistent with your workouts—on your terms. Whether you’re already dabbling in a fitness routine or just getting started again, we’ll work together to create a realistic, personalized schedule that fits your life.

Here’s how it works:

  • You choose your workouts. Home, gym, walking, strength, yoga—you decide. I’ll help you make time for them and stay consistent.
  • We meet 1:1. Coaching is available virtually or in person. You can book a single or weekly session or return periodically as often as you’d like.
  • We build a system together. You won’t get a rigid plan. You’ll get collaborative support and real accountability.

Helps you track how workouts feel, spot obstacles, and adjust as needed. It’s also how I stay up to date between sessions.
